FIFA Hands Lifetime Bans to Two Former Federation Presidents Over Financial Misconduct FIFA has handed lifetime bans to former Maldives FA president Bassam Adeel Jaleel and former Montserrat FA president Vincent Cassell following separate investigations into serious financial misconduct. Jaleel was found to have misused FIFA COVID-19 Relief Plan funds for personal benefit, while Cassell was found responsible for abuse of position, conflicts of interest and misuse of FIFA and federation funds.
