A review of FIFA’s shelved FIFA Forward Enterprise (FFE) proposal will be presented to the 37-member FIFA Council following continued criticism over the abandoned plan. The proposal sought outside investment in a FIFA commercial vehicle connected to major competitions, including the World Cup, before Gianni Infantino withdrew it in August amid opposition from football stakeholders. The plan will therefore be reviewed by the FIFA Council in a statement to Reuters.
